Strawberry Thyme Lillet Spritzers with Strawberry Popping Pearls

• 120 ml Lillet Blanc
• 240 ml Prosecco
• 120 ml Soda water
• 4–5 Fresh strawberries (sliced)
• 2–3 Thyme sprigs
• 4 tbsp Strawberry popping pearls
• Ice cubes

Fill two wine glasses with ice. Add Lillet Blanc, then top with Prosecco and soda water. Stir gently, add strawberry popping pearls, garnish with strawberry slices and thyme. Serve chilled.
