A: Our popping boba is made in Taiwan. Taiwan is where bubble tea started. We work with good manufacturers who follow food safety rules. This makes sure our products are high quality and taste real.

A: Boba (also called tapioca pearls) are chewy balls made from tapioca starch. They are boiled and usually served in milk tea.

Popping boba (also called popping pearls or bursting boba) are different. They have a gel-like outer shell and are filled with fruit juice inside. They burst in your mouth for a fun, tasty experience. And you don't need to cook them!

A: Popping pearls are fun and can be used in many ways. There's no wrong way to enjoy them! Here are some popular ideas:

  • In Drinks: Add them to your favorite boba tea, smoothies, soda, or iced teas for a burst of fruity flavor. Stir them into mocktails or lemonades for a colorful, playful twist.
  • In Desserts: Top off your frozen yogurt, ice cream, or shaved ice for an extra pop. Layer them into parfaits, put them on cakes or cupcakes, or mix into pudding.
  • In Breakfasts: Mix them into yogurt bowls, oatmeal, or even cereal for a fun, juicy surprise.
  • On Their Own: No prep needed. Just grab a spoon and enjoy them straight from the jar! Feel free to get creative. Popping boba make anything more fun!

⚠️ Choking Hazard: Popping pearls are not safe for children under 3 years old. Always chew well and watch children while eating.

Storage information: Do not store products in the kitchen area due to humidity. Always store unopened products in a cool, dry area.

Shelf life: Unopened popping boba lasts up to 12 months. Once opened, we recommend putting it in the fridge and eating within 2 weeks for the best taste.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

A: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Texas, USA.

A: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times change by location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Fast Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that processing times may be a bit longer during holidays or sales events.

A: Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (within the continental U.S.

A: We only ship within the United States, domestic ONLY, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We're working on shipping to international customers soon. Stay updated by signing up for our newsletter or following us on social media for updates!

A: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please give us a real street address for delivery. If not, your order might be canceled without any notification.

📦 Orders & Returns

A: We mainly ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. This depends on your location and the size of your order. The carrier is picked automatically to make sure delivery is fast and reliable. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships!

A: We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Please make sure to include the information below for order cancellation:

  1. Order Number
  2. Full Customer Name
  3. Phone Number

Please note: if your order has been shipped out it cannot be canceled. Once an order is canceled, a refund will be given to your credit card or other payment method you used. A confirmation email will be sent after the refund is given. Please allow 10–14 business days to process, and note that it may take up to 30 days for your credit card to show the refund.

A: We're so sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. To report damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Email and Phone Number
  • Your Order Number
  • Clear Photos of:
    • The outer shipping box
    • The damaged/defective items
    • Any damaged packaging

Once we receive your information, our team will either reship the damaged item(s) or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Please note: We do not accept product exchanges at this time.

A: For food and health safety reasons, we do not accept returned consumable products (popping pearls). But if there's a quality issue (damaged products) with your order, we're happy to fix it. Just contact us!

For all non-consumable JUICII products, we do not accept any returns or refunds after 5 business days from the date of delivery. If you wish to request a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Eligibility (Within 3 Business Days of Delivery):
  • All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: Any return requests submitted after 5 business days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

A: Sorry, we do not accept any exchange requests.

A: Please make sure to check your shipping address before you finish your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to wrong addresses. If you see an error, please contact us right away. We'll try our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot promise changes once we start preparing your order.

💰 Pricing & Promotions

A: There are several reasons why a promo code might not work:

  • Not Ready to Use: Most promo codes require you to be signed up for our newsletter for at least 24 hours. Some codes are only for certain customers and cannot be shared.
  • Expired: The code may be too old, or we may have already given out all the discounts.
  • Not Valid for Selected Items: Promo codes may not work on certain items, including sale items, special products, or items with free gifts. Codes cannot be used with combo deals or other promotions.
  • One-Time Use Only: Each promo code can be used only once per customer. You can only use one promo code per item.
  • All Used Up: Some codes work only while supplies last. If we run out, the code will stop working even before it expires.
  • Exclusive Offers: Most codes are sent directly to newsletter subscribers, text message members, or loyalty program members. If you didn't get the code directly from us, it probably won't work for your account.
